Finally ... we reach the top floor.
The 4th floor, the roof of the outdoor kitchen, storage room, and bathroom on the rooftop, now serves as the hub for all our technical installations, such as solar panels, water tanks, and a solar water heater.
Gradually, the idea emerged to add an extra terrace. This terrace immediately transforms our building into the highest point of Ponta Do Sol, with a stunning panoramic view of the village, an unobstructed ocean view of more than 180°, and a view of the mountains behind the hotel. It serves as a lookout point and can function as a sun deck during the day – whether private or not – and as the perfect setting for a private dinner for 2 in the evening. Here, you can live undisturbed with your head in the clouds.
